Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS Encryption)

Ondalear uses Secure Sockets Layer technology, and its modern successor TLS, to give you the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. This technology encrypts sensitive information, including passwords and card numbers, while it travels between your browser and our checkout, so that it cannot be read if intercepted. Every form on our site is protected this way, which keeps your personal information out of malicious hands.

You can confirm the connection is secure by looking for the closed padlock icon in your browser and the "https://" prefix at the start of the page address.

All prices and figures are listed in GBP. The price displayed on the product page is the price you pay, and delivery is free on every order. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and the contract between us is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we refund you in full immediately.

PCI Compliant

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to strengthen controls around cardholder data and reduce card fraud. Payments on our store are processed through Shopify Payments, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level defined by the Council.

Your Payment Information

Your full card number is never accessible to us. When your purchase is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information, order details and the last four digits of the card used – enough to match a payment to an order and process refunds, and nothing more.

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account. Some banks briefly show a pending authorisation which clears on its own, usually within three to five business days. Declines are decided by your bank rather than by us, so your card issuer will be able to tell you why.

Orders are screened automatically for signs of fraudulent use. Occasionally a genuine order is flagged, and if that happens we will email you before cancelling anything.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.

We do not like it when someone gives away our personal information, and neither do you. That is why we do not rent, sell or share your personal information with anyone. Our Privacy Policy details how your personal information is collected and the ways it may be used.
