You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Boots must come back unworn, undamaged, with any tags attached and in their original shoebox. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

It depends on the style. Knitted sock boots are made from stretch ribbed knit and adapt to a range of calf widths. Lace up styles offer the most adjustment. Structured riding boots have a fixed shaft with no stretch.
