About Ondalear
Ondalear is an online footwear store serving customers across the United Kingdom. We are operated by SnazPrint LLC.
We sell boots. Not a bit of everything – boots. Every style we list is chosen because it earns its place through a British autumn and winter, and we would rather carry a short, considered range than an endless catalogue you have to wade through.
Why boots
Anyone who has spent a winter here knows footwear does most of the work. Wet pavements, dark afternoons, a commute in the rain and somewhere to be afterwards. A good pair of boots quietly solves all of that, and a bad pair reminds you about it every single day.
So that is what we focus on. Knee high boots for the months when tights and a midi dress need something underneath them. Chelsea boots for the days you are out of the door in fifteen seconds. Waterproof boots for the weeks when it simply does not stop raining.
Our approach
We think online shopping should be straightforward and honest. In practice that means three things.
- Accurate product information. We describe what a boot is actually made of and how it actually fits. If we do not know a measurement, we say so and go and find out rather than guess.
- Realistic delivery expectations. We publish our real delivery window rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you where your order ships from.
- Support you can reach. A real email address and a real phone number, answered by someone who can actually help.
We would far rather spend two minutes helping you pick the right size than process a return afterwards. If you are unsure about fit, calf width or which style suits what you have in mind, just ask us before you order.

- Chelsea boots with chunky lugged soles
- Waterproof rain boots
Our range changes with the seasons, so what is available will shift through the year.
How your order is fulfilled
We work with overseas warehouse partners who dispatch orders directly to your address, rather than holding stock in a UK warehouse first. This is how we keep our prices where they are, and it is also why our delivery window is longer than a purely domestic retailer's – typically 6 to 12 business days in total.
We would rather tell you that plainly than surprise you with it after you have ordered. Delivery is free on every order, and if you are ever asked to pay an import charge before your parcel is released, contact us and we will reimburse you in full. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
